Forgery of a Financial Instrument

Someone was charged with Forgery? But they didnt sign or cash any checks in there name. Detectives took a computer that the person bought from another person where it happened at. Do they have any proof that that person did any thing but they are trying to charge her with forgery with out proper investigation.What would be the out come of this case.It has not been filed in court.

Surely you understand that it is impossible to predict the outcome of a case that hasn't even been filed. There are many additional factors that need to be considered before one could even speculate. If your computer has been seized, then there should be a warrant. Do not discuss this situation with anyone except an attorney, and you should consult with a defense attorney now.
