Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Forgery
If a person committed forgery over 10 years ago and has never been in any other trouble can they have this removed from their record? This person was given a 5 year probated sentence with community service all completed. This was not deferred adjudication.

You cannot get your record expunged in Texas. You might qualify for getting it sealed.
