Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Found drugs in my house but not ours

We let someone stay in our home for a couple of weeks, apparantly he was selling drugs from our home while we were gone to work each day. When neighbors informed us of their suspicions we told him he had to be out by the next day. The next morning task force raided our home (with no search warrant, the officer just asked if he could ''look around a little'')and said that under 1 gram of cocaine was found and that me and my husband are being charged for it if we don't work with them to find the ''bigger Fish''. The drug was never shown to me at the time of the raid. The ''roommate'' was present at the time. Was caught doing a ''transaction'' in the street in front of our home. Neither me or my husband do cocaine at all! The ''roommate'' is not being charged with anything''! Is this right? Can we be convicted for this?

Re: Found drugs in my house but not ours

to be convicted, they have to show that you intentionally and knowingly possess the drug. Under your facts, this would be hard to do.
