my boyfriend comitted fraud i thinks thats what is called he and his ex wife took some checks from her employer and cashed them. he will be going to court on july how much time can he get they took about 60000.00 or so.

You don't say if it is federal or state, and you don't identify if there is a plea bargain in place. In any event, you need a new boyfriend.
