Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was frauded by a delivery driver who took my charge card number and personal info. He was very careful not to leave a paper trail that was easy to follow. What can I do to recoop my money? My bank has already turned me down for there assistance in this matter.

This question should be asked under civil law. However, if someone has stolen your identity, you should report them to the feds.
