Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Freezing record and/or appealing the conviction

I was wrongly chrgd with a felony conviction back in 03 and as a consequence I srv 3 yrs probaton all because of resisting aprehension on a shoplifting 1st offinse! I had just turn 18 2 mos prior, completed probation 2006 and now because attorney admittingly misinformed me initially of the plea bargarn sought on my behalf and I unknowing and misguidedly accepted the plea bargain before the judge. it was not until I was to sign court records this error was explained to me. At time I phoned the attorney, and he admitted to he did so and even appologized! and opted to assist me with, but to my youth, naiveness and no knowlege of rights and no money! I just wanted to anciously get on with my life and I let it go not realizing the aftermath of that decision? There has got to be something I can do to employ a decent job to sustain a future and to uphold some form of integrity! I am paying daily for poor judgement and feel that that nightmare is going to be with me the remainder of life. PLease reply promptly.
