Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a friend that was arrested on a possesion charge, it is a felony, however he was asleep at the time of the incident and I was just wandering what if any legal advice you have,

He should get a lawyer right away. You haven't told us anything about "the incident" except that your friend was asleep. You should understand that it is possible to possess drugs while sleeping.
