Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My friend who is 18 was drunk at a concert and got into a fight with another drunk 18 year old. It started by them both pushing eachother then he knocked him out. Can the other person press charges on him?

They can both attempt to press charges and often it is first to file. Remember that the other person likely will tell a different story. Really kind of depends on the injuries on what the cops / DA's office would do.
