Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

What if your friend invites you to a party and there are drugs there? She says she is just a �weekend� user. Do you leave the party? Do you tell someone what is happening? Do you question her about her drug use? What risks doe this situation present for you?

Don't Go. If the party is raided, and there is a chance that it will be since your friend is advertising that drugs will be there, you could be arrested for a drug offense which can range from a misdemeanor to a first degree felony depending upon the drug and amount you are charged with possessing or distributing This has the potential to ruin your future.

If you are there, leave, even if see no drugs. Just because you don't see any doesn't mean there aren't any. Remember the advertising?
