Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Friend of Mine
I have friend who was charged with 2 counts of felony theft and is currently on probation. The charge was 4-5 years old when he was accused of bank fraud (no charges were filed though). Instead of facing the charge (the police were loking for him) he ran and it has been 2 years since that time. He wants to handle the situation now. What does he need to do next?
