Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a friend overdoses on drugs and dies but i didnt know that he was dead so i left the scence then later when i found out from a friend that the guy is dead, will i get arrested if i never say anything to the cops about me being at the scene when my friend was alive?

I answered this when you asked it again apparently. I'll add, since you added info, that since you didn't know that he was dead, you cannot be held responsible in any way as far as leaving him there.
