Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My friend is paroling out of an ISF Unit in a few weeks; his charges are aggrevated robbery with dealdy weapon and has served 22 years straight already. The parole people are making him come home sith an ankle monitor AND A WAIST DEVISE and we dont know why and dont know how to fight it, can you help?

There is no fighting this requirement. He is not entitled to be released on parole at all and they are allowed to require measurements to keep the public safe. If he proves himself trustworthy, the restrictions will be reduced more and more.
