Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a friend who went to prison for murder he is serving a 99 year sentence he is now 33 years old and was hardly given a fair trail he has been in prison since 1997 and he pleaded self- defense and he was represented by a court appointed attorney . He is wanting to get his conviction overturned or time served I need to know what can he do ?
