Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a friend that was pulled over, and was not told the reason. There were computers in the car, that were not his! Can he charged with the contents on the computers that are not his!! ?

Maybe. He is possessing the computers. Depends on what the state can prove. So, why is there concern?
