Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My friend is being wrongly accused for physical child abuse and a warrant for his arrest might be issued. Can he avoid being arrested if he has an attorney?

The attorney may not be able to stop the arrest, but it is certainly smarter to retain the attorney sooner rather than later.
