Up front Time
I did 6 months upfront time so I could stay on probation. Does this still count as back time if I revoke my probation?

Re: Up front Time
Based upon what you have written, it is not clear whether or not your probation terms will allow for the 6 months up-front time to be allocated on a revocation proceeding. You should seek the assistance of a criminal defense law firm to assist you with this legal issue. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
