Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Fuduciary Missapprpriation 20-100K
I am a suspect for the above mentioned crime. I did do it and want to cooperate with the police to hopefully get a lighter sentence, what do you recommend?

The police do not have the power to give a lesser sentence. Only the DA does. This is a serious charge. You are looking at 2-20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. You need to hire a lawyer to help you negotiate with the district attorney.
It sounds like you have not been arrested or indicted. The more you can do in advance of all this, the better off you will be.
Meanwhile, don't confess to people. If you make the police's job easy, you won't have much to negociate with.
