Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my future
3yrs ago I caught my husband with his girlfriend. That didnt bother me but when I saw her with my good sunday blouse on! Well now that i had a promblem with. SO long story short I got my blouse back. I now have a class c misdeamner. I have always respected the law never in my life even received a ticket now this. I want to change jobs for advacement. I'm afraid I will not get hired due to this class c assult charge. Will this come up on my record will this be held against me to the employer.It will be in a hospital setting.Is it just over for me. thank-you please help; oh I am divorced by the way I'm so happy about that!

You need to see if you qualify for an Order of Non-Disclosure. The information is still available to 23 various agencies, but would be off-limits to the general public.
