Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I gave someone my bank account user name and password information and they accessed my account with out my permission, can I press charges against them?

You can definitely try. The police will question why you gave them your information unless you were giving them permission to access your account. Make sure you chage your information immediately so they will not do it again. (And legally, just because you give out your information does not mean that you are giving permission to access your stuff - it just means that the police will be suspicious.)
