Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I gave police my name birth date and social security #, i also told him i had warrant from pennsylvania that was not extraditable, he said i jaywalked, he left me go, and 1 week later i have a warrant for failure to id a fugitive, can they do this?

Yes, they can do it, but something is missing in your question. Answer: When stopped or questioned my a law enforcement officer one violates the law if they fail to accurately identify themselves. One must use his correct name and date of birth. SSN is not generally relevant.
