Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How can i ge my illegally siezed propery back, when i can easily prove i owned it long before they thought it was bought with diry money, looking to hire someone in texas.....jeff

If they have filed a forfeiture lawsuit, then you will have to answer timely and pursue the case to obtain the property. You should have a lawyer represent you. If it was seized and is evidence in a criminal case, you won't be able to get it back until the case is completed. If there is not criminal case and no forfeiture action, then have a lawyer file a motion to return property.
