Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

this girl called me and asked me alot of dirty sexual questions and overwhelmed me and made me belive that nothing is going down and then she asked me to masterbate on the phone so id make noise and she talked me into it and then i did and she recorded me and her and my ex were there without me knowing and the sent it to me and i think they have the intention to mass send it, what do i do? and who do i talk to?

There is a right to privacy for private matters the other person knows or should know you want to keep private.

I am aware of similar cases (with hidden video cameras). In those cases the person who recorded and distributed the recording was prosecuted in criminal and civil court.

You should first talk to the person who made the recording tell them it way not ok may record the phone call and that you do not give permission to distribute that private event.

It's also always a good idea to consult with a local lawyer about your options.
