Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My girl friend and her mom are both on the title of a car her mother took the car with out telling her and my personal items along with it which she will not return can I charge her with theft

If the car belongs to the mother too as evidenced by her name on the title then I do not see how you can have her charged with theft.
