You need a criminal defense attorney. Did she actually file charges or just tell you that she did. Did she file for a protective order?
You need to understand that all the prosecutor needs to prove to convict you is that you harrassed your ex girlfriend on or before 3/3/11. What happened afterwards is not as important. If you can't prove it happened, it is really not that important. So preserve you phone and email records.
You need to understand that if she has a protective order on you, all she has to do is call the cops and tell them that there is an order and that you violated. You will be arrested and jailed. Get convicted of violating the protective order enough and you will be convicted of a felony.
So the short answer is get a criminal defense attorney as this stuff can hold up in court.
