Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My ex girlfriend and i still live together and I went on a business trip. while away i checked my bank account and I had $500 missing from my bank account. She is the only one who knew my password to my checking account. I know she took it.
When i got back from my trip, alot of my blongings were outside smashed on the ground. including my paintings, statues, and electronic equipment. she is nowhere to be found.
what do i do?

I would suggest contacting local law enforcement and your local district attorney. Your ex may be guilty of theft and criminal mischief.
With her name, a warrant for her arrest can be issued. With a warrant, she would eventually be found.
