two girls were sexually molested many times by their father 25-35 years ago. is there a statute of limitations in Texas ? If not, who should be contacted for prosecution?

The statute of limitations runs 10 years after the girls turned 18 so when they were 28. It sounds like the probably missed the statute of limitations. If not, contact local police.
