Grand Jury No Bill,

A friend of mine had child indecency allegations against him. Grand Jury No bill his case. Can he be alleged again by the same person later on for the same offense?

It is highly unlikely that the PD, the DA or the Grand Jury would reconsider the charges and present them again. If the case is high-profile, and additional evidence can be located, particularly that supports a different charge, then maybe. Double-jeopardy protections do not apply in this circumstance, as it attaches primarily after a regular jury is seated in a case.
