Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Grand Jury No billed my 16 yr olds charges, but probation office says we still must follow original terms of release. Why? Isnt it over? Can they enforce this?

Talk to the child's lawyer. If the case was no-billed - and the charges were dismissed - then he is not under "terms of release."
