Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Grand Jury Referals

Questions:

How many times can you be refered to a grand jury for a crime?

Does all evidence good or bad have to be presented?

What if it is not, evidence that could have benifited my case.

Re: Grand Jury Referals

AS many times as the District Attorney wants to take your case before a Grand Jury, and the only evidence he has to present his the evidence he wants to use to get an indictment. And no, before you ask, generally, it is not a good idea for you to go before the Grand Jury and testify, because anything you say can be used against you, and you will not be provided a transcript of your testimony if you are ultimately indicted.
