Grand Jury Referals
Questions:
How many times can you be refered to a grand jury for a crime?
Does all evidence good or bad have to be presented?
What if it is not, evidence that could have benifited my case.

AS many times as the District Attorney wants to take your case before a Grand Jury,and the only evidence he has to present his the evidence he wants to use to get an indictment. And no, before you ask, generally, it is not a good idea for you to go before the Grand Jury and testify, because anything you say can be used against you, and you will not be provided a transcript of your testimony if you are ultimately indicted.
