grand theft auto Forgery
what if the title has already been taken to the state that has the persons forged signature on it cause i took the persons keys took the car and title then forged name on title then what should i do can this be fought or would a plea of guilty be the best approach to this i havent been arrested i have no prior felony convictions am i looking at prison time or not

You should not discuss this case with anyone that isn't a licensed attorney hired to represent you. Yes you could be charged with a felony. The range of punishment includes jail/prison but it also includes probation (even deferred adjudication). There is no way to know, from these brief facts, if there is a case against you. It is very important that you not incriminate yourself. Hire a lawyer.
