What is the maximum punishment for grand theft auto? Is there anyway to get a reduced sentence after pleading guilty?

Based on what you have written, there may be ways to get your sentence reduced depending upon what evidence the prosecutors think they have, your prior criminal history, and other factors. The maximum punishment for grand theft auto will ultimately be determined by the class of the charge that was filed against you by the District Attorney's Office.
