Re: Grand Theft Auto
Hello there,
In Texas this is called Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle. The charge is classified as a State Jail Felony and holds a punishment range anywhere from 180 days to 2 years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000.00 fine.
If the individual has not been convicted of a felony before they are automatically eligible for probation.
Sincerely,
