Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My grandson was charged with 2 counts of a habitation, 2 counts of forgery and aggrivated assualt. This is his first time being arrested or participating in this type of activity. He is 20 years old and was just discharged from the Army for misconduct. What type of punishment can he expect?
