grandson
my grandson is in jail in menard,tx
on marijane violation. judge gave him 180 days,because of othersimilar problems 2yrs ago.he was on prob. he has been clean during this time. has a job and needs to get out.what can I do?

You may have waited too long to help him. If he has been convicted and sentenced, and 30 days have passed, it is probably too late. You may want to contact the county bar association for an attorney referral that would be willing to review his file.
