Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a group commit a crime such as vandalism and one person in the group confesses to the cops and tell them all who were there, is that enough to prosecute everyone even without theththem all confessing?

People can be and are convicted on witness testimony. It will be up to the lawyer for other members of the group to try to show that the one who confesses has a lack of credibility. You should hire an attorney BEFORE you communicate with ANYONE.
