Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Not Guilty in a DWI Charge
If found not guilty in a 6 panel jury in a charge for Dwi. Can you sue the arresting officer for lost wages, lawyer fees, time, etc? The defendent was completly innocent and the officer arrested based on his judgement alone.
