Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what do i do if a guy keeps on calling me and leaving voice MSG that hes gonna kill me and that his gonna kill my family that he has a .45 with him... he also already hurt one of my family members by hitting them and running we reported that to the cops but their not helping at all they said they cant do anything and we know where he lives and what he drives and where he works and hes an illegal alien????

Report every call and communication immediately after it occurs. It is a crime called terroristic threat to make such threats. Make copies of the recordings and turn over a copy to police If you actually accept a call and can, you should record the calls as proof in addition to your statements. I do not understand why they would not take charges on a hit and run - but do not just stop trying to report him.
