Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

this guy i dont know found my number online after i talked to him for a while he seemed ok but then he went all psycho he started threatening to kill himself and blame me for it , then he said he would call the cops on me for sexual harrasment,even though i didnt say anything sexual all i did was answer his questions (which where non sexual) . im 18 and hes 17 i asked him to leave me alone so nothing else would happen but he keeps bothering me,but he insist that he is a police man and that he is gonna send me to jail.what can i do about it ?all i want is for him to leave me alone

You could contact local law enforcement about filing a harassment charge. From what you state, I do not see anything that you could go to jail for. There is nothing wrong with having contact between a 17 year old and an 18 year old, whether sexual or not.
