Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Who handles cases regarding persons purposefully writing bad checks, buying goods, etc., in multiple states - on purpose? Began in Texas, went into nuermous states; same people involved.

I would suggest contacting local law enforcement and the district attorney\'s office in your area. They will look into prosecuting the case at the state level. But they would have no authority to prosecute for checks in other jurisdictions.
