Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what can happen
my boss signed two checks both totaling an amount of $22,585.00. He is now saying that he didnt know who those checks were wrote to but admits signing them and the police want to question me because I am the office manager and pay all the bills. Can I be charged with something? what about the person the checks were written to?

Re: what can happen
This case seems to be very fact specific. Without more specific facts to this case (e.g., who were the checks issued to and why were the checks drafted, etc.) it would be extremely difficult to provide you any direction. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
