Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What Would Happen?
What does Pennsylvania law say about extraditing someone from Texas or any other state for that matter, who has paid all their restitution for welfare fraud but left the state before their probation was over? Do they do that? I tried to read about it on the internet for school but its too hard to understand what they're talking about! Thanx!

Re: What Would Happen?
The failure to complete probation requirements for a felony conviction makes the offender eligible for return from another state to finish out the jail time require for probation violation.
If this is your situation an experienced criminal practioner could be of great help to you.
