Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

What's going to happen?

I was pulled over on my motorcycle because the officer could not see my plates. I don't have a license or insurance and I am in the states illegally. I was working on getting my papers, but I have prior warrants that needed to be cleared. The officer then searched my bag and found some coke, extasy, and some marijuana. I also had a gun without a permit. When they ran the serial number it turned up stolen. I was taken to jail and it's been 2 weeks now and I still don't have a court date. How long will I have to serve? and will I be deported because of this?

Your not giving enough information, because your zip code says that you are in Houston, but you claim you haven't been to court yet. Something is wrong, because you would have a court date by now on your aleged charges if they were in Harris County, and if you were here illegally, you would still be in custody with an immigration hold. So, if you want a straight answer you need to provide us with more information, such as what you were charged with and where.
