Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
harassment
My ex-husband's new girlfriend sends me emails after I have asked her not to and she has sent me threatening texts. I have asked her to stop but she continues. Is there anything that I can do about this?

Re: harassment
It depends upon whether the emails and texts rise to the level of a threat. If you believe that they do, take them to the police for review. If not, delete them and ignore her.
Re: harassment
Based on what you have written and whether the e-mails/text messages rise to the level of a threat; you may have a few legal avenues to pursue. One potential avenue might be through the family law court which granted your divorce. Another potential avenue might be through the police department. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
