Harassment and Slander

My boyfriend's ex-wife has been sending me malicious and slanderous emails and messages for about the past year and a half. I have changed my phone number due to her callous text messages and voice mails, blocked her from my email, which I have yet to figure out how she got it; and I had blocked her from sending me any more cruel messages on myspace. Nevertheless, she still ended up finding a way to contact me and send me another ruthless message, and on top of that she used my real name on her public page to slander me on her website. I have already reported the situation to myspace because she has violated the terms of her use. In addition, I have kept all documentation of her messages and emails that she written to me. What type of legal action could I take in order to get her to stop harassing me?

You need to contact your local police department and make a complaint that she is harassing you.

Since this is being done by way of your telephone charges can be brought against her.
