How can i stop an x from calling and threating me by cell phone i'm in TX she is fron Tampa FL. please HELP ME

Exwife or exgirlfriend? If it is an exwife, get a lawyer in the jurisdiction of the court issuing the divorce decree. File for an injunction against her calls. If you are being threatened, talk to the police.
