Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
In Harris county TX if you get deferred adjudication with probation and successfully complete all the terms of the probation and the charges are then terminated for a class B misdemeanor can you have your record cleared?

You may be eligible to file a petition for non-disclosure. This would basically seal your record from most private entities, but won't destroy the record.
