Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I havebeen charged with domestic violence(spousal abuse, I pushed my wife and her arm hit the bed and she got bruised, her sister called 911 and she wasn't even the witness) and the DA is giving a bargain plea which involves 6 months deffered probation + community service+BIPP+AFFV.

1.I want to know the implications of AFFV on child visitation, being a good parent if my marriage head to divorce.Because the civil court will look at the AFFV as violence did occur.

2. Can this charge of AFFV be dropped? If yes then how?

Based on what you have written, AFFV (Affirmative Finding of Family Violence) will carry a lot of collateral effects. Some of which may have implications on any future child custody cases. There may be a few options available, but you would have to address the specific facts of your case with the law firm representing you. If you are trying to do this pro se, you may want to consider consulting with a local law firm to ensure that you are protecting your rights and interests.
