Heard that son's case may be going to grand jury for indictment, we haven't been told anything. When do we need to get an attorney involved?

NOW~! A lawyer may be able to "beat" the case at grand jury depending on many factors. To delay in hiring a lawyer puts your son's future lawyer at a disadvantage.
