Held With Out Bond

My little brother is being held in Bandera County for violating his probation and they are holding him without any bond. All his dues have been paid, and he doesn't owe any more money. Can they hold him without any bond for violating his probation? He already saw a magistrate, and they are still holding him. For what reson are they doing this? Please help

Re: Held With Out Bond

Whenever someone is facing having their probation revoked the only way they can get bond is if the person is on deffered probation.

And that only makes them a candidate for bond.

Some judges will not give any bond amounts for people when there probation is being revoked because the majority of citizens don't show up for court to face their revocation hearing.

If my office can be of any assistance with contesting this revocation feel free to contact us.
